HBB will also fund health checkups and proper meals for the sponsored students.
Project Duration
A monthly sponsorship for ten kids for up to 5 years
Cost
$27 per child for a month
Success Criteria

Progress Update
As of January 2019, we have completed two years of sponsorship of ten students—without any drop outs. Eight students in the Dinajpur branch have excelled in their studies. In addition, two students in the Dhaka branch have faced some academic challenges but are being helped out by teachers and Jagoo representatives. HBB has already sent its sponsorship funds for the 2019 academic year.
HBB project coordinator Zaodat Rahman paid a visit to Jaago Foundation office in Dhaka in Jan, 2019. Also HBB directors along with Jaagoo officials reviewed the progress made thus far. The team in 2018 made a short trip to Rayerbazar school and met with two of the sponsored kids. It was encouraging to see the small kids are getting computer based education and able to keep up with the technology advancement in Bangladesh. The online students are also getting very close support via the online and onsite representatives of Jaago. HBB is committed to continue the education of the ten sponsored kids throughout 2018 and in future. The team also reviewed possibility on future engagements with Jaago in other projects. Some of the recent pictures are posted herewith.
