We will celebrate 50th Anniversary of Bangladesh Independence Day and HBB’s 6th Annual Fundraising Gala Event – virtually together, and we will refresh the memories of national freedom of Bangladesh while you enjoy extraordinary performances by our own community members and special celebrity guest artists. Explore how you may connect to your roots and use HBB platform to give back to the community with the spirit of freedom.

Last year, Bangladesh Independence Day celebration and HBB’s Annual Event had to be cancelled due to the pandemic that swept the world.  As we are still feeling its effects, this year’s event will be a virtual one, on Saturday,March 27^th, 2021 to celebrate this auspicious event virtually. Our lives have changed in many ways as we face the continued challenges of the raging COVID-19 pandemic across the globe. Yet together, we embraced those who are struggling to survive. Together, we were able to make a difference in the lives of thousands of families and individuals who were disproportionately devastated by this pandemic. HBB has disbursed over $80,000 since the pandemic began to help the victims LOCALLY in California AND in BANGLADESH. Our mission is noble, and our spirit is unshakable even when the outlook is bleak. With your help, we will not leave behind the most vulnerable people within our reach whose lives would be made better with a little support.
