In Phase I in the beginning of the pandemic, 1,000 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for frontline health workers and physicians distributed in Bangladesh public hospitals in Bangladesh and also, meals were provided locally (greater Sacramento area, California) for vulnerable seniors in COVID-19 pandemic crisis.  In phase II, HBB helped in providing Winter Shelter of homeless people in addition to providing meals to vulnerable seniors locally and providing Basic Food Package and Hygiene Relief to feed the hungry and saving thousands of life in most vulnerable underprivileged families across Bangladesh.  About 10 projects were launched (https://www.humanitybeyondbarriers.org/projects/) for HBB COVID-19 Relief and relief items worth over $90 thousand USD were distributed in two phases.
